JOHN CARTER CASH: KEEPER OF THE FLAME
In the Feb/March 2014 issue of CMA Close Up, CMA members had a good look inside the world of John Carter Cash, only son of Country Music Hall of Famer Johnny Cash and June Carter Cash. As outlined in his interview with Crystal Caviness, this world includes myriad activities, from overseeing his parents’ legacy at the House of Cash to writing his mother’s biography Anchored in Love: An Intimate Portrait of June Carter Cash to producing a variety of musical acts at the legendary Cash Cabin.
Even with several full plates in front of him, Cash also finds time to record and perform as well, doing family classics as well as original material. Here’s a look at some of his most recent musical adventures.
