NARAS HONORS LADY ANTEBELLUM

Six-time CMA Award winner Lady Antebellum adds more luster to its legacy on April 2, when the group accepts the National Academy of Recording Arts and Science’s Recording Artists’ Coalition Award at the Academy’s “Grammys on the Hill Awards.”

Sponsored by SESAC, this annual event benefits the Grammy Foundation’s Grammy Signature Schools, which supports underserved music programs throughout the country.

House of Representatives majority whip Kevin McCarthy (R-Calif.) and House Democratic leader Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) will also be honored for their support and understanding of music creators’ unique role in American life.

Lady Antebellum has previously won CMA Awards for New Artist (2008), Single and Vocal Group (2009 and 2010) and Vocal Group of the year (2011).
