CMA welcomes one of its newest members, Brandon Chase, who stopped by March 25, 2014 to sign up for CMA membership.

At the young age of 20, Chase has already accomplished many things for his music career. Not only has he been writing his own original music since he was 14, but Chase completed his masters degree in songwriting from Berklee College of Music when he was only 17. He went on to audition for Season 5 of NBC’s The Voice where he became a member of 2013 CMA Male Vocalist of the Year Blake Shelton’s team.

Since then, Chase has released his first single titled “One” and has been recording his debut album, which will release mid-2014.

When it comes to being a new CMA member, Chase says, “I’m excited about learning more about the organization and being ‘officially’ connected with the country music family through this awesome organization. I’m [also] so pumped to vote for the CMA Awards. It’s so cool to be a part of that!”
